Dazen is a small pastry kitchen based in Makassar, Indonesia, focused on one thing: making really good éclairs and cream puffs, without rushing the process.

We work in small batches and sell by pre-order. That choice is intentional. It allows us to focus on freshness, consistency, and details that usually get lost when things are mass-produced. Every order is made with care, not pulled from a display case that’s been sitting all day.

What We Make

Our menu centers around éclairs and cream puffs with familiar flavors, done properly.
